- Thursday, June 28 2007 - Sepang Malaysia 21st June 2007: The Meritus 2006 Formula BMW Asia champion Earl Bamber debuts in the 2007 Formula V6 Asia this weekend in Malaysia with the FV6 car as used by Matt Halliday last year when he raced for the Meritus team. - Saturday, May 5 2007 - Kuala Lumpur 5th May: The Meritus FV6 team set the pace in the opening rounds of FV6/Asia today with Marchy Lee grabbing pole after only three laps and Team Mate Satrio Hermanto was Q6. - Saturday, May 5 2007 - Kuala Lumpur 4th May: There was some confusion regarding the use of new rubber for the 1st official FV6-Asia testing but in the end it was Marchy Lee (Hong Kong: Meritus: time 1:00:810) who ended up top of the final official testing session time sheets. However it was the Meritus 2006 F.BMW/Asia champion Earl Bamber (16 year old: New Zealand:1:00:30) that set the ultimate fastest time (on 3rd May; Thursday) over the three days. - Saturday, May 5 2007 - Kuala Lumpur Friday 4th May: The Meritus 2006 F.BMW/Asia champion Earl Bamber (16: Wanganui New Zealand) sets the ultimate fastest times during the three days of official FV6/Asia testing on the Sepang 2.7km North Track in Malaysia. Earl tested the Meritus lucky number 38 racecar and topped the time sheets (1:00:03) after only four sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.
