The Title Sponsor

Meritus offers two title sponsorship packages. The ‘Golden Title Sponsor’ package differs from the ‘Title Sponsor’ package in that the Golden Sponsor has the exclusive decision on the colour scheme of the cars, whereas the Title Sponsor uses the team’s red color scheme. The following are the generic benefits:

Naming Rights

The team will be entered in the Championship with the Sponsors name eg:

Title Sponsor (Name) » Co-Title Sponsor (Name) » Team Meritus.

This title will be used by commentators, television hosts and the media and will appear on Meritus print media, newsletters, brochures, etc.

Advertising Rights

Your logo will occupy the key area of the cars on sides, front and rear. The drivers will wear customized race suits in your company or brand's colour scheme; the team personnel uniform will be similarly branded. The pit garages and pit wall timing perch will advertise your branding. We will be happy to negotiate with the championship organisers should you wish to take advertising boards at the various circuits.

Corporate Entertainment

A full hospitality and entertainment programme will be developed to meet your company's individual requirements, country by country. Your VIP guests will be taken care of at each venue by our motorsport host. A full activity package will ensure an enjoyable day including pit tours, interviews with the drivers, and perhaps trying the car out for size.

PR and Publicity

You will have the right to host a pre-race press conference in each country with the team's Co-Title Sponsor. You can provide fully-branded umbrella girls for use at the starting grid. You can produce promotional literature around your involvement in the team. You have exclusive rights to use the team's image to promote your products & corporate entity. Our Motorsport Marketing Services Support Department will work with your marketing support staff to maximize the exposure potential and will provide and distribute pre- and post-race press releases and will prepare press kits for distribution at press conferences and at each event. The Team's official name will include your corporate name in all the co-title areas.

Sponsorship Activation Programme

Meritus will work with the sponsor’s marketing, promotion and PR departments to develop an activation programme to inform the sponsor’s B2B and B2C customers.

The Technology Sponsor

Technical sponsors are those who supply their technology or products free of charge in return for advertising space on agreed areas of the car, for either the full season or individual races. We work with these partners to test and develop - through our motorsport activities - new and existing products, encompassing equipment carried on board the racing car as well as support equipment including computer technology, software, etc.
